We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager to help establish and lead a brand-new Mother & Baby Assessment Centre in Derby.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at the very beginning, shape the service from the ground up and grow with the company as we expand.
The Role
Lead the Ofsted registration process. Help develop policies, procedures and the operational model.
Recruit and lead the staff team.
Manage the service once operational. Build positive relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
The successful candidate will initially work on a flexible, part-time basis during the registration process, before transitioning into the full-time Registered Manager role once the service opens.
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience in: Residential Family Centres or Mother & Baby Assessment Services. Residential childcare or safeguarding. Family assessments or parenting support.
A Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager looking to progress.
