Freeman Community Primary School have an opportunity to join the MDSA team to support children at lunchtimes, both in the dining hall and outside.
Your responsibilities
-
Supporting children who are eating their lunch and during their playtime inside or outside
-
Ensuring appropriate pupil behaviour during breaks
-
Safeguarding of the whole school community.
You will need to:

be positive, patient, kind and caring

be good at building relationships with children

have high expectations of children's behaviour

have the ability to work with children from different backgrounds and with different needs

We are part of the Children’s Endeavour Trust as one of seven primary schools across the Stowmarket and Ipswich areas. The Children’s Endeavour Trust allows for opportunities to network with colleagues in different schools to support professional development for all staff across the trust.
