The County Hotel are looking for an experienced breakfast chef to deliver 4* hotel breakfast from 6am each morning.
Aims:
To ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of the department whilst always aiming for an increase in standards, profitability and staff development.
Responsibilities:
Breakfast is a very important part of our daily routine. As a breakfast chef you will;
· To maintain a high standard has specified work in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
· To maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation, production.
· To aid in achieving food cost kitchen standards and overall objectives.
· To keep high standard of personal hygiene and clean uniform.
· To work as part of a highly motivated team.
· To ensure breakfast is prepared in time whilst on shift. Plated breakfast is expected.
· To help prepare any food that may be required later on that day, i.e, afternoon teas.
A breakfast chef must be able to work under extreme pressure, long hours and in a heated environment. They must have the ambition to succeed and show willingness to work and learn everything possible in their time. They also must assist the Head Chef and the rest of the team to maintain quality, standards and cleanliness required by the Chef.
