Commercial Cleaner – Spa & Leisure Facilities
9pm–12am Shifts | 4-Week Rolling Rota

Trojan Facilities Management is recruiting four commercial cleaners to support a premium spa and leisure facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning standards in a calm and professional environment.
Hours & Rota
- The site requires cleaning every day (7 days per week)
- Daily shift time: 9pm–12am (3 hours per person)
- Two cleaners work together each night (6 hours total cleaning time)
- You will work a fixed 4-week rolling rota
- Each cleaner works 14 shifts per 4-week cycle
- That equals 42 hours every 4 weeks (approx. 10.5 hours per week)
- You do not work every day, and weekends are shared fairly
- Your rota repeats every month for consistency
What You Will Clean
You will help maintain immaculate standards throughout:
- Poolside & wet areas
- Spa & treatment rooms
- Changing rooms & lockers
- Gym & fitness areas
- Toilets and communal spaces
- Replenishing towels, toiletries and consumables
- Completing cleaning checklists and hygiene logs
We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and detail-focused individuals
- Confident cleaning in leisure/spa or wet environments
- Professional attitude
- Able to work as part of a team of two
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
- Must follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
