Static Mechanical Shift Engineer
CTR Engineering are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial site.
Location: West Drayton, London
Salary: £50,846 (Includes Shift Allowance) ***
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off day & night - 12-hour shift

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
- You should be capable of delivering the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate would have an experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
- You must have relevant qualifications required e.g. C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
- You should also have knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
