Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our front-of-house services. This is a seasonal role and hours will not be guaranteed moving into the winter months.
All Part time positions are zero hour contracts.

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation and catering tasks when required, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Support bartending activities when necessary, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in bartending is advantageous, along with knowledge of drink preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and catering services is beneficial.
- Understanding of food safety standards to ensure compliance in all aspects of service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly disposition.
- Team player mentality with the willingness to help colleagues as needed.
