to provide an efficient, effective and proactive administrative support service for the Radiology Department, liaising with patients, radiographers, consultants and secretarial staff.

Provide an efficient administration service to Radiology to include reception duties and answering telephones in a professional manner.
Accurate entry of data onto computer systems.
Making appointments with patients directly and indirectly.
Dealing with any queries or enquiries that come into the department.
Working to deadlines and in a pressurised environment.
Ability to learn to use internal hospital systems to include Cerner & CRIS.
Collation of information required prior to patients’ appointments and the maintenance of those systems.
