Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of customer relationships across international markets.
- Assist with account management activities and customer engagement.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Monitor customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
- Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the aviation or aerospace industry is highly desirable.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a commercial support role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems would be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.

Duties
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop customised sales strategies to meet client needs and maximise revenue.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining favourable profit margins.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and proposals using IT tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings.
- Manage a pipeline of leads through effective time management and organisational skills.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or similar roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence is preferred due to travel requirements for client meetings and presentations.
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
