- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies
- Create a calm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Provide expert advice on skincare and wellbeing
- Maintain hygiene and professional standards at all times
- Manage bookings and ensure a seamless customer experience
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a spa environment is desirable but not essential
