What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of everything — supporting your team, solving problems, and ensuring care runs smoothly every day.
You’ll:
- Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery
- Match carers to clients based on needs, preferences, and location
- Handle new referrals and support care package set-ups
- Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support care planning, reviews, and risk assessments
- Carry out care worker supervisions and spot checks
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Support team meetings, KPIs, and day-to-day coordination
- Take part in the on-call rota (including alternate weekends)
No two days are the same — but you’ll always have the support of an experienced and approachable management team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to different backgrounds — what matters most is your attitude, organisation, and passion for care.
You might be:
- A current Care Coordinator
- A Senior Carer or Team Leader looking to progress
- Someone with strong scheduling, admin, or care experience
You’ll need:
- Experience in care (domiciliary preferred)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confidence using IT systems
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
