Summary
We are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Advisor to join our team in GB. Based at our facilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety, health, environment, and quality standards are upheld across our manufacturing and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SHEQ policies aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards.
- Lead investigations into incidents and non-compliance issues.
- Deliver training sessions on safety procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of safety reports and audits.
- Collaborate with management to improve safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SHEQ Advisor or similar role within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality regulations.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
- Ability to train and influence staff at all levels.
