Robin’s Ramen is looking for a talented Bartender to join the opening team of our new contemporary Japanese ramen restaurant in Kensington Mall.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new opening from the group behind Dorian, one of London’s most acclaimed restaurants. We are looking for someone with strong drinks knowledge, polished service skills, and experience working in a high-end restaurant or bar environment.

The Role
As Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to a consistently high standard, supporting smooth service, and helping create a welcoming guest experience.
You’ll work closely with the management and floor teams to ensure the bar is organised, efficient, clean, and ready for busy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, sake, wine, beer, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain excellent standards of drink presentation, speed, and consistency
- Support the smooth running of the bar during service
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, organised, and fully prepared
- Follow recipes, specs, stock control, and opening/closing procedures
- Communicate clearly with the floor and kitchen teams
- Provide warm, professional service to guests seated at or near the bar
- Support stock rotation, deliveries, ordering, and wastage control
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, hotel, or members’ club
- Strong cocktail-making skills and good product knowledge
- Experience with sake, Japanese spirits, or Asian-inspired drinks is a bonus
- Calm, organised, and efficient during busy services
- Warm, confident, and professional with guests
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Interest in Japanese food, drinks, and contemporary hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
