Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Media Sales Executive to lead and drive sales for our portfolio of b2b media brands and conferences.
The Industry Insights Group () is an exciting and ambitious business! We have a number of established online b2b media brands and we’re looking for the right person to oversee tailored sales campaigns, drive revenue growth and foster strong client partnerships to maximise the value of our media offerings.
Our news based web sites and conferences cover a number of vertical markets, including online dating, courier and logistics, and the aviation industry.
The brands are each well established in their sector with a strong trade industry audience. We have been running conferences in these sectors for several years and now require someone to lead our sales.
This role requires an individual with energy, passion and a hunger for media and conference sales. Experience and understanding of digital media sales, audience engagement and client relationship management would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Implement and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals across the portfolio
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies and advertisers to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-platform advertising and content partnerships
- Market Analysis: Liaise with our Editors to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founder, editorial and support teams to develop compelling sales packages that meet client needs
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to the Founder
