Are you organised, curious, and ready to take on a role where your work genuinely keeps the show on the road? As our Streetworks Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Programming team—making sure our field crews can get out on site safely, legally, and without delay

What You’ll Be Doing

- Smart problem-solving: Handle PMRs, refusals, clashes, and duration issues—keeping work on track and avoiding costly delays.
- Consistency & compliance: Maintain correct project IDs and naming conventions so every permit aligns across our digital ecosystem.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Information hub: Produce daily reports so workstreams know exactly what’s starting, stopping, and due for registration.
- Audit-ready logging: Record TLOS requests and maintain clear communication trails for full transparency.
- Authority liaison: Work directly with Local Authorities to negotiate changes and ensure agreements are properly documented.
Reporting & Administration
- Data accuracy: Track registration deadlines and chase confirmations to keep everything compliant.
- Performance insight: Create daily and weekly reports that become the “source of truth” for operational decisions.
- Digital organisation: Maintain clean, accessible records that demonstrate compliance and professionalism.
Who You Are
- Organised & Proactive: You spot risks early, manage SLAs with precision, and keep things moving without being asked.
- A Clear Communicator: You can turn complex permit statuses into simple, actionable updates for teams and clients.
- Tech-Confident: You’re comfortable with tools like Aurora, Depotnet, Excel, and Power BI—or excited to learn them.
- Process-Driven: You enjoy structured workflows, can prioritise a busy inbox, and work independently when needed.
What You Bring
- Essential Experience: Experience in admin or coordination roles where tracking, reporting, or scheduling were key.
