We are currently recruiting care workers to join our friendly team in the county of Conwy.
Tereen specialises in providing care at home to people over the age of 18 that may need support with their daily routines.
The role involves assisting individuals with their personal care, preparing and serving simple meals, assisting with medication needs, household tasks and more.
