LG are looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative with a full driving licence to join our rapidly growing team to carry out a range of maintenance within a wide range of sectors. The job role will include local and nationwide work with the occasional working away and will also include being added to an out of hours callout rota on a pro-rata basis.
Responsibilities of Multi skilled operative:
- This specific role requires to carry out basic maintenance duties and keeping site clean and tidy
- Planned Preventative Maintenance.
- General Reactive Maintenance.
- To be on a alternated call out rota.
- Plumbing, basic Carpentry, Decoration & Making good.
- General Building Duties/ Labouring.
- Working closely with the projects team, ensuring time managed effectively and prioritisation of jobs.
- Ensure the correct documentation is completed for each visit, in line with LG standards and client procedure.
- Carry out surveys on customer premises when required.
The Successful Multi skilled operative will have:
- Experience in the building/ maintenance industry
- Previous experience working in a customer based environment.
- Hold a clean driving licence.
- Ability to lift and climb ladders.
- Experience with Voids.
