About Da Luna
Da Luna is a fashion boutique with two London locations, offering beautifully curated collections with a passion for style, quality, and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to oversee and grow both of our stores.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, dual-store management role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and long-term success of both Da Luna stores. You will report directly to the owner and act as the key point of contact for all operational, team, and performance matters across both locations. This is a full-time role of 45 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operations of both Da Luna stores, ensuring consistently high standards across all areas
- Lead, manage, and motivate the retail team, driving performance, productivity, and team efficiency
- Recruit, train, onboard, and develop team members across both locations
- Monitor and manage team schedules, rotas, and staffing to ensure optimal coverage at all times
- Set clear targets and KPIs for the team and hold regular performance reviews
- Drive sales performance and ensure both stores meet and exceed revenue goals
- Create an outstanding in-store experience that reflects the Da Luna brand and values
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, inventory, and visual merchandising across both stores
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Report on store performance, team updates, and key metrics directly to the owner on a regular basis
- Manage budgets, expenses, and petty cash in line with company guidelines
- Ensure brand consistency and presentation standards are maintained across both locations
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Multi-Site Manager in fashion retail (essential)
- Strong background in the fashion or apparel industry with a genuine passion for style
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing retail teams
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle two locations effectively
- A results-driven mindset with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
- Ability to work 45 hours per week across both store locations
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work closely with business ownership
