We are working with a forward-thinking and supportive secondary school in the B29 area that is looking to appoint a Maths Graduate Academic Coach from September 2026.

The Opportunity
- Secondary School, Birmingham (B29 area)
- Ofsted rated ‘Good’
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)
- Start date: September 2026 - for the academic year
- Weekly pay: £500-£530
- Clear progression route into teacher training
Your Role
- Support students in KS3 and KS4 mathematics
- Deliver targeted interventions to raise attainment and confidence
- Work 1:1 and with small groups
- Support classroom learning under teacher guidance
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
What we’re looking for
- A Maths graduate or related subject (or final-year student due to graduate in 2026), 2:2 or above
- Strong A-Level Maths considered
- Passion for education and working with young people
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Ability to motivate and engage learners with varying needs
