What We’re Looking For: Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 preferred for Room Leaders) A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic Passion for supporting children’s development and learning Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to continuously improve Good communication and teamwork skills
