We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to keep our sales process running smoothly and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who drives away in their new car.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling vehicle orders from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing all the essential paperwork – registrations, invoices, finance documents, and more
- Supporting our sales team to ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork
- Liaising with customers, finance companies, and suppliers in a friendly and professional way
- Making sure every step of the process reflects our high standards and family values
What we’re looking for:
- Previous admin experience (motor trade knowledge is a big plus!)
- A sharp eye for detail and brilliant organisational skills
- Confident IT skills and a head for numbers
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team spirit – we’re all in this together!
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can keep calm under pressure
