J W Cleaning Services are currently recruiting for a cleaning operative/key holder to work at St Thomas Primary School, Eskrick Street, Halliwell, Bolton BL1 3JB.
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 4pm - 6.30pm
Friday - 3.30pm - 6pm
Working term time plus 5 weeks during school holidays performing deep cleans.
Hourly rates starting from £13.50 per hour. We are looking to offer a permanent contract with an immediate start.
Monthly pay and Holiday Entitlement.
About the role
As a commercial cleaning operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls and windows, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting and cleaning tables. The role will be physically challenging and involves manual handling activities. Must be able to work to tight timescales.
What we are looking for in our staff
Previous cleaning experience working in a school environment is an advantage.
Previous key holder experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Good team player as well as ability to work on own initiative.
Enhanced DBS certificate will be required.
Eligible to work in the UK.
