Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
- Empty rubbish bins and ensure waste is disposed of appropriately
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or repairs needed
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning routines
- Interact courteously with clients and staff, providing excellent customer service when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or domestic work is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact professionally
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow health and safety guidelines diligently
