Job Description: Plumbing Contractor – 5+ Years Experience / Unvented Qualified
We are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor to support our projects and maintenance works across London.
The ideal contractor must have a minimum of 5 years’ plumbing experience and must be confident working independently on domestic and light commercial properties.
Day Rate: £180 per day
Position: Self-employed contractor
Location: London

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience
- Must have unvented hot water experience
- G3 Unvented qualification preferred/required
- Confident with fault finding, repairs, installations and remedial works
- Experience with cylinders, pipework, pumps, valves, taps, showers, toilets, waste pipework and general plumbing
- Able to complete first fix and second fix plumbing works
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to work to a good standard
- Must have own tools and transport
- Must be able to communicate clearly with site team, tenants and clients
- Must leave work areas clean and tidy
- Public liability insurance preferred
Typical works include:
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Cylinder and unvented hot water works
- Bathroom plumbing
- Pipework alterations
- Leak repairs
- Pump and valve replacements
- Toilet, tap, shower and waste repairs
- General domestic and light commercial plumbing
