Overview

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits to identify areas for improvement and verify adherence to established protocols.
- Perform rigorous quality inspections and quality control checks throughout the production cycle to detect and address deviations promptly.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product quality.
- Oversee manufacturing processes by establishing quality assurance procedures that meet HACCP, CGMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives aimed at optimizing quality systems and reducing defects.
- Provide training on quality standards, inspection techniques, and compliance requirements to team members to foster a proactive quality culture.
Experience
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a symbolic engineering language used on drawings and 3D models to define the allowable variation in form, orientation, location, and profile of parts
- Solid background in quality assurance, quality management systems, and QA/QC methodologies within manufacturing settings.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and training team members on quality practices. Pay
- £15 - £16 an hour
- Please note this is negotiable and could potentially be higher dependent on previous experience
Hours
- Monday - Thursday - 06:00 - 14:00
- Friday 06:00 - 11:00
