We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and support the Sous and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food, whether it’s brunch, lunch or dinner service.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
- Support with menu preparation and daily service
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Uphold Sodexo Live!’s commitment to quality, safety and sustainability
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- A passion for great food and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with a can-do attitude
