The Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic Sales Assistant & Key Holder who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including key holding responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and strong product knowledge
- Engage confidently with customers to build rapport and maximise sales opportunities
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Process transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain excellent store standards
- Support opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder
- Ensure store security and follow company policies and procedures at all times
About You
Our ideal candidate is:
- Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic — you enjoy engaging with customers
- Passionate about footwear, apparel, and lifestyle brands
- Sales-driven and motivated by achieving targets
- Experienced in retail, sales, or customer service (footwear or apparel experience is an advantage)
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable taking responsibility as a Key Holder
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
