- Leads in creating best practices & CSI
- Drives evaluation of 3rd party engagement needs
- Leads SOW reviews
- Leads Development and operational process definition, best practices and standards
- Onboards new hires
- Mentors and provides coaching for others
- Supports Talent Acquisition process by performing interviews for hiring
- Champions culture
- Drives adoption for MOM SDM across IT
