Monday to Friday 9 - 1.30pm (22.5 hours per week)
Candidate main duties will be: Cleaning of apartment block communal areas and external car parks.
- Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning of railings & skirting boards, damp dusting, window cleaning (ground level).
- Large bin management, scraping & sweeping car parks and external litter picking.
- Liaising with contractors, so will be responsible for key holding & work mobile phone.
- Experience in the cleaning industry essential & good English for communication purposes for liaising with contractors etc
- Must be able to get to job location for 8.30am start
28 days holiday per year & Company uniform supplied.
