Job Description
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in North London is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This full-time role involves supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons while ensuring pupils receive the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.
The role will include supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing both classroom and targeted support to help students access learning and develop confidence. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to adapt activities and provide individualised support where needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the classroom and supporting pupils with additional learning needs.

- Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEN or a strong interest in SEN support
- Be patient, adaptable, and proactive in the classroom
- Be able to support pupils both academically and emotionally
- Work effectively alongside teachers and the wider support staff team
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
