Optima Site Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for ongoing work in Westminster.
We are looking for a dependable and versatile tradesperson with a strong background in property maintenance and refurbishment. Candidates must have previous experience working within social housing.
Duties Will Include:
- Bathroom installations and replacements, including toilets, basins, and associated plumbing works
- First and second-fix plumbing
- General carpentry works, including:
- Boxing-in
- Skirting boards
- Architraves
- Kitchen fitting (advantageous)
- Wall tiling
- Basic painting and decorating
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
- Previous social housing experience is required
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard
- Own tools and PPE
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
