Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Assistant to support our team. This role involves HQ liaison duties as well as providing essential clerical and organisational assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities. Duties
- Support HR processes between the UK team and HQ, including issuing offer letters, activating DingTalk accounts, onboarding new starters, and managing exit communications.
- Maintain close communication with various product lines at HQ to drive localisation of products for the UK market.
- Managing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Liaise with local service providers (e.g., banks, law firms, property management) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Organising schedules, appointments, meetings and business trips efficiently
- Handling correspondence via phone, email, and other communication channels with professional etiquette
- Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Supporting administrative projects and preparing reports as required
- Responding promptly to internal and external enquiries in a courteous manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fluent in English with excellent business writing skills; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required for communication with HQ.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to multitask; detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
- Proficient in DingTalk, Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product localisation or project management.
- Data analysis skills are preferred.
Pay: £24,420.00-£29,000.00 per year
