We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and confident Store Assistant to join us at our shipping container storefront.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has great customer service skills, and can bring a warm, positive energy to our small retail space. You’ll be responsible for serving customers, taking payments, keeping the cookie display looking beautiful, and helping create a welcoming Dollies experience for everyone who visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Talk confidently about our cookie flavours and products
- Keep the counter, display area and container clean, tidy and well-presented
- Restock cookies, packaging and retail supplies as needed
- Follow food hygiene and cleanliness procedures
- Support with opening and closing tasks
- Represent Dollies Cookies in a warm, positive and on-brand way
What We’re Looking For:

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable taking payments and handling customer orders
- Previous retail, food service or customer-facing experience is required
- A genuine interest in Dollies Cookies and creating a lovely customer experience
Role Details:
- Position: Full-time, includes Weekends
- Duties include serving customers, taking sales, restocking, keeping the space presentable and liaising with management
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
