We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Manager.

In this role, you will:

Support the UK Business Current Account product team, acting as Product Manager for Business Current Accounts.

Ensure the product is designed to meet customer needs, is robust, competitive, and understandable and is aligned to the global GPS strategy.

Perform product performance analysis on a regular basis; provide directional change and drive optimization initiatives where needed.

Execute product development, approval of new features, enhancements, pilots

Be responsible for the day-to-day management of payment products and services which includes issue resolution, commercialisation, periodic reviews, change management and engagement with stakeholders across the 1st and 2nd lines of defence.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in commercial banking.

Good understanding of industry developments and payments regulation such as BCOBs, PSD2, Consumer Duty etc..

Influencing skills and ability to builds positive working relationships with our customers, colleagues and stakeholder

Customer Centric, open minded and forward thinking with a passion for innovation and future technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling productive dialogue with internal and external customers
