Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Salary: £30,000 Job Type: Full-time Why Join Us? We are opening a brand-new Smoky Boys restaurant in Milton Keynes. We are looking for a high-energy leader who can learn our brand manuals, set up the front-of-house, and train our opening team. What You’ll Do: The Setup: Master the franchise service steps from the manuals and help set up the dining room, bar, and POS tills before launch. The Training: Lead and train our new team of servers and cashiers to deliver excellent customer service. The Shift: Run the floor during peak hours—supporting the team, managing table turnover, and handling guest feedback. The Business: organise rotas, daily cash-ups, and labor costs to run the business independently. What We Are Looking For: 1–2+ years of experience in the industry. A positive, high-energy leader who leads by example and loves working on the floor. An independent learner who can pick up a system manual quickly.
