We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded GP practice in the Birmingham area seeking an experienced ACP or ANP to join their established multidisciplinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working autonomously, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and delivering high-quality patient-centred care within a supportive Primary Care environment.
- Approximately 30 hours per week

Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and long-term conditions

Independent prescribing responsibilities

Request and interpret investigations

Refer appropriately to primary and secondary care services

Work collaboratively within a well-established multidisciplinary team
✔ Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC or equivalent)
✔ Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
✔ Independent Prescriber qualification
✔ Advanced Clinical Practice Digital Badge (essential requirement)
✔ Previous Primary Care or General Practice experience
