Twisted Willow – Moot Hall, Keswick
Full-Time | £28,000–£30,000 per annum DOE
Twisted Willow is opening in the iconic Moot Hall in the heart of Keswick, and we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Barista to lead our coffee operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing independent business from day one, helping to shape service standards, train the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, teas, and speciality drinks
- Lead and support the barista and front-of-house team
- Train and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage stock levels and ordering of coffee-related supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar
- Support day-to-day café operations
- Assist with occasional evening events and special functions
About You
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, reliable, and able to thrive in a busy environment
