To work as part of the staff team at Liberty House, providing care and support for children and young people.
The role requires a commitment to enabling children and young people to maintain and develop skills and to provide support that is personalised to meet their individual needs.
As part of our passionate team, you will:
Lead with Confidence
Take charge of shifts, ensuring all care and support tasks are completed to a high standard
Oversee essential duties such as medication audits and daily household checks
Be a Trusted Key Worker
Act as the main point of contact for your assigned child and young person
Develop, review, and update personalised care plans to meet individual needs
Deliver Exceptional Care
Provide hands-on, compassionate support aligned with each young person’s care plan
Promote independence through daily living activities such as cooking, shopping, and personal care
Champion Safety & Respect
Ensure every Young person or child feels safe, respected, and valued at all times
Encourage and empower young people to express their views and make decisions
Maintain Excellence
Keep accurate, confidential records
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the home
Work Collaboratively
Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external professionals
Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment
