Key Responsibilities
- Delivering warm, genuine customer service from the moment guests arrive
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks confidently
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Always representing Bank House and The Northern Collective values
About You
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment
- Previous FOH experience is great, but not essential – full training provided
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
