Surround Support Limited is a CQC-regulated provider delivering high-quality, person-centred community support to adults with learning disabilities across North Somerset.
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting One confident and experienced Team Leader's to support and develop our Community Team.
This is a leadership role combining hands-on support, staff supervision and quality oversight to ensure safe, effective and responsive care delivery in line with CQC standards.

The Role
As Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support Community Support Workers
- Conduct spot checks, observations and competency assessments
- Complete and contribute to staff supervisions and development
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain current and person-centred
- Promote safeguarding awareness and safe practice
- Support quality assurance and compliance processes
- Provide direct 1:1 community support as part of your role
- Escalate concerns appropriately to senior management
- Participate in an optional paid on-call rota if desired
This role requires strong organisational skills, confidence in decision-making and the ability to lead by example.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to own vehicle for work
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Previous Senior Support Worker or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act
- Confident in lone working and community-based support
- Strong communication and organisational skills
