Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Government Contracts Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business based in Mallusk.
This is a full-time permanent position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Salary: (negotiable dependant on experience)
Essential Criteria:
· Previous administration experience
· Good level of IT literacy.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, adhering to tight deadlines.
· Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inputting details into the system.
· Allocating vehicles for sale.
· Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients.
· Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers.
· Registering new customers and buyers.
· Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries.
· General administration for Government Contracts.
· Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
