We’re currently recruiting committed and compassionate individuals to join our team at a Secure Children’s Residential Home in St Helens completing long days, early and late shifts,
About the Role:
Our home supports young people aged 10–17 who are navigating complex issues such as trauma, self-harm, substance misuse, and challenging behaviours. As part of our team, your role will be to:
- Provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.
- Support young people in building positive routines and life skills.
- Empower them to reflect on their experiences and make meaningful progress.
- Help reintegrate them into society with confidence and hope for the future.
