Job Summary
We are seeking versatile and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff members to join our team and also FOH (Front of House) and All-Rounder. This role involves providing exceptional service, assisting with meal and food preparation, and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for catering, cooking, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive front-of-house service, including serving food and beverages.
- Assist in meal preparation and food presentation to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Support kitchen operations by helping with food safety procedures, ingredient organisation, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service utensils in accordance with health regulations.
- Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Contribute to catering events as required, assisting with set-up, serving, and clean-up duties.
- Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food preparation, meal assembly, and basic cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- A genuine interest in culinary arts, catering, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
