Responsibilities

- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and milestones.

- Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided within the nursery.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are preferred.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
