Overview
We are seeking a self-employed cleaners to provide professional cleaning services to a diverse range of clients, with their own cleaning equipment through our Agency.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to operate independently while delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring environments are spotless and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks across various settings, including domestic, commercial, and hospitality environments
- utilise cleaning equipment and products effectively to achieve optimal results
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas
- Manage your own schedule to accommodate client appointments and deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used responsibly and replenished as needed
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning activities
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience is beneficial but not essential
- Skills in cooking or customer service are considered a plus, demonstrating versatility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment enhances service quality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining organisation and efficiency
