We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Community Safety Assistant to join our team, we're building a new team and it's an exciting time to join and be a part of it.
You'll be working on various tasks to support our busy team and to enable them to work out and about in the community, with customers. From coordinating CCTV requests that support police investigations to carrying out desktop research and compiling brief reports that assist the team who attend multi-agency meetings, no two days in this post will be the same.
We’re looking for someone who can provide an efficient and proactive administrative function to the Community Safety Team to ensure the smooth-running of the service and this may also include pulling chronologies together for legal action, raising urgent repairs as well as monitoring stock levels to ensure the swift delivery of appropriate safety items to our customers (such as window alarms).
You’ll proactively build relationships with key colleagues and teams across the Group, and demonstrate our Values and Behaviours.
You’ll have a natural flair with IT systems and support customers that upload noise reports via the Noise App and may assess incoming noise reports or other evidence to help the Community Safety Officers as required.
Abri’s local office is in Emily House 202-208 Kensal Rd, London W10 5BN. where you’ll go for team meetings, collaborate with colleagues and attend training but you may be required to attend other offices on an ad-hoc basis. We work on an agile basis which includes working from home.
We need a great team player who is able to hit the ground running though appropriate training will be provided.
If this is the challenge you've been looking for and you want to make a huge, positive difference in the lives of our customers, we'd love to hear from you!
If we receive a high number of suitable applications, we may choose to bring the closing date forward so be sure to apply as soon as possible to not miss out
