About the Candidate
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and approachable individual who is passionate about supporting learners at the start of their journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will be confident working with a range of people, including prospective students, parents, and colleagues, and be committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. Experience in administration or working in an education setting is desirable, but not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn.

About the Role
As an Enrolment Assistant, you will support the enrolment process from initial enquiry through to successful registration. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all enrolments are processed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining excellent communication with prospective students.
This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end enrolment process

Maintain and update student records in line with data protection and organisational policies

Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Qualifications

GCSE Maths and English Grade A*–C (or equivalent)
Essential Skills & Experience

Experience of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, or record keeping

Experience of working in a customer-facing environment

Experience of handling enquiries (face-to-face, phone, or online)
Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience working in an education or college environment

Experience supporting enrolment, admissions, or similar processes
