Class Cover are recruiting for cover supervisors to work in local secondary schools in the Guildford and surrounding areas

Role responsibilities
- Supporting students learn and develop in all areas of the curriculum within the classroom, local environment and community.
- Treat all young people with respect.
- empower the students.
- Provide high quality support in all aspects of the role.
- Good classroom control / behaviour management techniques.
- Skills needed
- Be assertive, confident and passionate.
- Have strong knowledge and experience working with students aged 11 – 16.
- Proactive and creative thinker.
- Be willing to motivate and encourage students.
- Determined to overcome any barriers.
- Can work within a team and independently.
