Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately while adhering to food safety standards.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of hospitality and service.
