Right Room is a specialist property company based in King's Cross with a large and growing portfolio of room rentals across London. We are looking for a Rooms Lettings Negotiator to join us on a commission-based structure, someone with a strong operational mindset, a hustle-first attitude, and experience in the HMO or room rental space.
This role suits someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working at pace, and wants to earn based directly on what they produce.
What You'll Be Doing
- Registering and qualifying room rental applicants
- Matching tenants to available rooms across the portfolio
- Conducting viewings and following up proactively to close
- Managing the process from enquiry through to move-in
- Keeping CRM and portal records up to date
- Working independently and managing your own pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Experience in room rentals or HMO lettings preferred
- Operationally strong, able to manage volume and move quickly
- Comfortable working independently without heavy management
- Familiarity with platforms such as SpareRoom, OpenRent, or similar
- Based in or commutable to King's Cross, London
