Shifts: Friday Night 10pm-7am plus Bank position for Days & Nights

Are you a compassionate and reliable care professional? We’re recruiting a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 care for an individual with complex needs in their own home.
The Role
Deliver high-quality 1:1 care, supporting both clinical and emotional needs
Help the individual feel safe, included, and empowered at home
Work closely with the family and healthcare professionals
Specialist Training
You’ll receive training and competency sign-off in:
About You
Complex care experience required
Kind, patient, and dependable
Confident working independently and within a wider care team
Keen to learn and develop new clinical skills
Comfortable in a pet-friendly home
